Reason for appeal (explain yourself & why you want a second chance):scaring someone is not a reason to be permanently banned ._. +i explained 2 times that i DID NOT DOX ANYONE.i just scared them, i just told them a fake ip thats all.

Fake ips? Nah. He just started telling my friend his exact location, city, state, ip, etc. If this is fake, idk what's real anymore.
